My story doesn’t start with a childhood memory of grandma’s pie or a stint in a Michelin starred restaurant. Nope. It began in the gym.

How it started : My Journey to Health & Food Freedom

Growing up, I was always active: soccer, swimming, you name it. But it wasn’t until college that I started paying attention to what I was fueling my body with. I fell into the trap of fad diets and calorie counting, thinking that was the key to health. It took years of unlearning and re-educating myself to understand that food is not the enemy; it’s fuel, it’s comfort, it’s culture.
Back then, food meant one thing: fuel. I counted every macro, tracked every gram of protein, and lived off chicken, broccoli, and brown rice. And sure, I saw results. But over time, I realized I was missing something huge, the soul of the food. That lightbulb moment sparked a total transformation. I swapped my stopwatch for a spatula, went back to school for culinary arts, and started rethinking what “healthy” could taste like.

These days, I run a kitchen studio where I create and test high protein recipes for real people with real goals. My focus is on balance, function, and above all, flavor. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter, a plant based newbie, or someone just trying to eat better without losing your mind (or your taste buds), I’ve got you covered.
